As my client, you can expect me to pour into you so that you feel cared for enough to change your outlook on life. I will be an unwavering support for you as we explore your strengths, strategize to solve problems together, and gain perspective on what you feel may be holding you back.

 

I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals to break the chain of generational issues and improve overall generational wellness. This includes working with men on emotional expression and health, families adjusting to or struggling with a loved one’s disability, and couples looking to restore intimacy and warmth.

 

My approach prioritizes the freedom to take care of oneself. My greatest pleasure is in watching my clients learn to love and trust in themselves as a brave, caring act. This ripple effect is transformational and allows my clients to continue to emotionally support others in their lives.

 

Some of my therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy. We’ll work together to assess how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact with one another to influence your daily life and how to make adjustments that make you feel like you’re living your most authentic life.

 

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, riding my bike, traveling, and hanging with friends.
