Greetings, my name is Rachel De Amicis, Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas. I first came to Tomorrow and Beyond, PLLC as an intern while pursuing a Masters degree in Social Work, and upon graduation I remained with the practice where I am presently working towards my clinical licensure.

 

The majority of my experience comes from working with individuals, children, and families presenting with a variety of issues from adjustment to major life changes, depression, anxiety, and healing from past trauma. I have a special interest in helping people recover and heal from depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and past trauma. My
holistic approach incorporates mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques, and solution focused approaches to name a few.
 

I am passionate about promoting mental health as a vital component of overall health and
wellness, and the key to unlocking ones full potential. Life presents with many challenges that can push us to our limits, but no challenge is too great with the right tools and techniques in hand. Each of us has the power to overcome and achieve by working toward goals with strategy and intention. Whether you simply need a neutral third party to process life with, or to reveal a more well defined sense of self and direction, it is my honor and privilege to partner with you on your journey!
