I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Texas as of April 2023. I am completing hours towards advanced clinical licensure anticipated August 2025. I am experienced working with clients ages 10+ with a variety of conditions including but not limited to adjustment issues, work/life stress, depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, and past trauma. My holistic approach incorporates cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness, and a solution-focused approach. I am passionate about promoting mental health as a core component of overall health and wellness, and the key to unlocking one's full potential. 

 

My education includes a Bachelors with a double major in Psychology and Child Development (2014), and a Masters in Social Work (2022). For the past 10+ years I have worked in Early Childhood Education both as a teacher and a social worker. I began my work at Tomorrow and Beyond as a masters level intern in January of 2022, and I consider myself to be incredibly blessed and lucky for the opportunity this has afforded me to learn from the best. Working as a therapist has been the greatest experience of my professional life, and I look forward to continuing for years to come.
